If something is not right, let us know. 

Returns will be accepted within 30 day of purchase for items that are in perfect condition and have not been worn, altered, or have any obliteration of design or material.  Contact us at oolalagifts.com with reason for return to obtain your Return Authorization number (RA#).  Simply ship the item back with a copy of your receipt for either an exchange or full refund. Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.
